Job description

Responsibilities:
 Upgrade, Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners
 Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)
 Setting up accounts for new users (Active Directory & O365)
 Monitoring Sophos Antivirus Alert, then solve and clean up
 Monitoring Mimecast Email filter, release, or block email
 Responding in a timely manner to user’s issues and requests
 Possibly training junior staff (For MS O365 features, VPN & printer)

Requirement:
 Degree in a Computer or Engineering related field or the equivalent combination of education, technical training, and related experience.
 Hardware and Software Problem diagnosis skill
 Basic troubleshooting knowledge on windows XP, 7, 10
 Repairing and replacing equipment skill (Computer Standard equipment)
 Basic Understanding of Microsoft O365
 Basic Understanding of Active Directory
 Basic Understanding of Windows 10
 Basic Understanding of TCP/IP networking
 Technical knowledge of network and PC hardware, including Dell and HP.
 Hands-on hardware troubleshooting experience.
 Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
 Possess own transport and candidate will be based in Kulim, Kedah.
