Job Description

• IT Support Engineers serve primarilly to adress technical issues relating to ERP Software, IoT and hardware implementation, function and upgrades. They resolve customer complaints or problems and create product problem reports and troubleshooting documents for each issue. IT Support Engineers also work closely with development of software. These engineers also involve in developing and leading training classes to educate customers about software products.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist customers in troubleshooting problems, diagnose issues with software, Iot and hardware installation and application, identify sources of the problem and offer solutions.
• Involve in the creation of new software and work closely with development teams to identify and resolve potential issues in the development stage. Analyze all aspects of the software and make suggestions throughout the development phase to help avoid issues in the final product
• Assist in the evaluation, testong and validation of IT systems, services and software. Assess service levels and product performance to ensure they meet established quality standards.
• Document the issues and their solutions to help future efforts in the design and implementation of software products. Also generate technical reports focusing on customer complaints and resolutions. In addition, make written recommendations to improve technical support tools and processes

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Computer Science or related field
• 3+ years of experience in ERP related software, IoT and hardware support
• Demonstrate strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Familiar with various operating system, such as Linux and Windows
• Familiar with popular coding languages including Flutter, C#, Python, Flutter and framework (e.g. .Net framework) or systems such as AngularJS and Git
• Ability to script in Microsoft SQL language
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in teams, as well as exercise descreation and independent judgement in the performance of duties.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM3,000.00 per month
