Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, test and maintain network / system related hardware, operating systems, applications, software and management tools.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose and respond to hardware, software, network and system issues problem or outage.
• Ensure operating system / appliance updates, patches, and configuration changes are applied correctly.
• Coordinate and schedule preventive maintenance for network, system infra related hardware and software.
• Provide user support on notebook/desktop/smartphone/email configuration.
• Willing to learn and resourceful in problem solving.
• Positive working attitude and able to work independently.

Qualification

• Minimum Diploma/Bachelor Degree in IT or other relevant field.
• Possess at least 1 year – 2 years of experience in critical business system and supporting customer IT environment with multiple platform and equipment.

Salary Range

MYR 2,300.00 – MYR 2,500.00

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: RM2,300.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
