Job Description:

• Providing tasks, objectives, strategies and projects.
• Liaise with internal and external teams to ensure that tasks are completed, and issues are delivered on time.
• Any other ad-hoc duties to be assigned from time to time be required by the superior.
• Assist IT Engineer in carrying out IT project.

Requirement/Qualifications:

• Must possess at least SPM/personal qualification in Marketing.
• Driving license is required.
• Computer literate, able to work independently, a proven team player, customer focused, results oriented, highly motivated, proactive, resourceful and forward thinking.
• Strong analytical, problem solving and time management skills.
• Able to speak and write English, Malay & Mandarin.

Provide Level 1 support remotely for customers' network Diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve customers issues.

Learn how to use ticketing tools, basic network troubleshooting and the various wireless devices.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Temporary, Fresh graduate

Salary: RM500.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
