Application & Card System Support Job Description

Responsible to reduce Cleanpro Apps & Card system downtime according to SL & KPI

Investigate into user complaint, provide case conclusion and solution

Provide timely and accurate technical assistance

Support via phone or email

Onsite installation, testing, commissioning and issue troubleshoot require to ensure usability are not effected

Provide regular case updates, system support progresses and support cases as required.

Requirement

Must possess at least Degree in Computer Sciences, Information Technology

At least 2 years working experience in system & technical support functions

Able to travel outside Selangor

Knowledge in MSSQL/MYSQL/HTML/CSS/PHP is an added advantage

Self-driver and enthusiastic individuals who attempt to grow career in payment industry

Good command of English, Bahasa or Chinese (written and oral)

Job Type: Permanent

Salary: RM2,600.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
