We are looking for responsible individuals who are mature, pleasant and cheerful, serious about their job/career and enthusiastic to take up new challenges to fill the above mentioned position(s).

Responsibilities:

• Provide IT support for computer hardware, software, network equipment, smart devices and other peripherals. Ensure that technical issues are attended and resolved professionally & promptly
• Test, deliver, install, configure, support and maintain IT Equipment and Software
• Understand customers' IT environment, gather customers' challenges / feedback and propose solutions
• Build and maintain good relationship with customers.

Requirements:
Academic Qualification, Skills & Work Experience

• Possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma or Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply for any of the above posts.
• Those with working experience in similar fields will have an added advantage
• Possess good analytical & troubleshooting skills.

Other Requirements

• Good command of written & spoken English. Ability to communicate in other languages or dialect is an added advantage
• Good interpersonal skills and able to communicate well with people from all walks of life
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision with team spirit.
• Proactive and willing to share technical knowledge with team members.
• Possess own transport & willing to travel as & when required
• Willing to be based in Kuching, Sarawak at own cost
• Are Malaysian, preferably Sarawakian

Note : Contract may be renewed / permanent employment may be offered after the end of contract but is subjected to the applicant's performance and other criteria.
