Job description

i. Candidate must have a good knowledge Installing, Supporting, Configuring, Troubleshooting and Maintaining PC Hardware/Software/Server/Network Infrastructure.
ii. Familiar with Active Directory / Domain Configuration troubleshooting.
iii. Familiar with any CCTV camera setup DVR/NVR system for Installation and Maintenance
iv. Familiar with PBX/VoIP Telephony system.
v. Experienced with Centralized Antivirus Server Software.
vi. Familiar with any Remote Access Softwares.
vii. Familiar with Iphone/Android/Tablets technologies.
viii. Good with Ms Office Application. (Having experienced with Linux/Unix/Programming/Database would be an added advantage).
ix. Good with Documenting IT information files and would be able to keep the work environment tidy.
x. Able to do ad-hoc task by the management. (IT/Non IT related)

Requirements:
i. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Engineering/Computer/Telecommunications or equivalent.
ii. Candidate must be tidy in their work
iii. At least 1 years of working experience in the related field.
iv. Strong Critical/Analytical/problem solving skills.
v. Able to work in Team working environment.
vi. Good written and verbal communication skills.
vii. Positive attitude and willing to learn new IT Technology.
viii. Able to perform with a minimum supervision.
ix. Preferably Junior Executive specialized in IT/Computer – Hardware or equivalent.
