JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum Diploma in Computer Science/Engineering/Information Technology.
• Minimum 1 year working experience in IT support and troubleshooting scope.
• Good technical knowledge.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel for work.
• POS system experience in Food & Beverage industry will be an added advantage.
• Strong understanding in F&B and Central Kitchen supply business workflow.
• Leads effective inter-departmental communications upon highlighting errors/ issues, and maintain good judgement in selecting effective solution for problem solving.
• Ad hoc analytic reporting or data puling from system for various purpose or requests from authorized users.
• Maintain supportive & good team player attitude.
• Aptitude to learn new applications & systems.
• Patient, passionate, pro-active & user-friendly.
• Maintain responsive in a timely manner to service issues and requests.
• Require standby for ad hoc troubleshooting on non-working hours, weekends & holidays

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• To administrate company ERP, EBI & middleware, ensuring persistency & reliability.
• Participation in software & system projects, function as navigator on user requirements, configuration, design, configuration, test and implementation.

• Ensure data quality based on predefined source or templates, and maintain compliance with company business policies.
• Evaluate input consistency with recognized control mechanisms, review, propose interdepartmental coordination, and conduct routine & scheduled maintenance on applications & database, including update patching.
• Propose & make necessary corrections or adjustments to ensure data accuracy.
• Maintain effective & recorded communication between departments on all change logs.
