Job description
Job Description- Interpret and translate documents or email from Japanese or Malay to English or vice-versa;
- Act as a bridge communicator between clients and Japanese consultant; and between internal staffs (local and Japanese);
- To prepare research report pertaining to various local Malaysian business information for Japanese clients;
- To liaise with government officials to ensure compliance with changes pertaining to visa & license application;
- Accompanying Japanese clients to the bank or local government offices;
- Other ad hoc tasks or duties assigned by superior from time to time.
Essential
- Good in Malay, English and Japanese language in writing and speaking. Especially must possess high level Japanese language in speaking and writing [preferable candidate graduated from a Japan university or passed the JLPT N1/N2];
- With business related education background (e.g. tax/finance/account/business admin and etc) OR with working experience in tax/finance/account/business admin field. (This is because our company business is in tax/finance/account/business related field, if the person don't have such knowledge or experiences before, it may be hard for the person to understand our business and do the work.)
- Good communication skills;
- Willingness to learn different aspects of the position;
- Quick learner with excellent problem solving abilities.
- Minimum 2 years working experiences;
- Experienced working in Japanese company and liaising with Japanese clients;
- Background in accounting
