Who We Want

We are seeking an enthusiastic and talented Jr. Graphic Designer Production Artist to join our design team. In this role, you will assist in creating and producing print, packaging, advertising, and digital graphics that effectively communicate our brand's vision and product offerings. Working closely with our design and marketing teams, you will contribute to the timely and accurate delivery of creative assets.

What You’ll Do

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in designing and producing graphics for print, packaging, advertising, and digital platforms, including website, social media, email campaigns, and promotional materials.
• Collaborate with the design team to develop creative concepts and ensure brand consistency across all channels.
• Manage and organize digital assets, including images, logos, and other graphic elements.
• Prepare files for print production, ensuring color accuracy, proper resolution, and adherence to print specifications.
• Participate in creative brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas for design projects.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of projects and maintain high-quality standards.
• Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge in design.

Requirements:

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience as a production artist, graphic designer, or a similar role (internship experience considered).
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other design software.
• Basic understanding of print production processes and digital design principles.
• Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• A strong portfolio showcasing diverse design projects and demonstrating creativity, attention to detail, and technical skills.

Pay Rate: $20 - $22 per hour
