Job description

• Prepare and issue monthly Invoices (Electricity Bill) to all customer.
• Follow up in credit control, payment collection matters.
• Issue first reminder, second reminder and notice disconnection of electricity supply.
• Proper keep all the documents including Invoice, Delivery Order, Purchase Order, mail, and etc.
• Proper keep the monthly KWTBB different.
• Deal with suppliers or service providers to get a quotation and prepare for the purchase order and record it in the PO list form.
• Assist Engineering Manager and engineer to ensure smooth and efficient operation of the office.
• Assist Engineering Manager with deposit calculation and monitor for deposit review.
• Receive phone calls and take messages, when necessary,
• Process incoming and outgoing mail for customer service.
• Prepare all the payment requisition according to the payment terms and condition.
• Assist Facility Maintenance Executive to look after all the service providers and etc.
• Assist in Facility Maintenance Executive for Insurance claim.
• In charge for monthly customer payment list for NCUH (IIUM Kuantan).
• Billing to Sasaran Etika (IIUM Kuanta contract), both invoice and credit notes signs.
• Ensure all rectification of defects being carried out within the agreed timeline and coordinate with site operation team (IIUM Kuantan).
• Ensure compliance to company’s SOP at all time.
• Any other duties assigned by immediate superior from time to time.
