Job Description
Responsible for the support of the application systems in operation, including tasks related to
identifying and troubleshooting software application issues and issues resolution or escalation.

Responsibilities and Duties
1. Responsible for the support of the software application systems in operation, including
tasks related to identifying and troubleshooting application issues and issues resolution or
escalation
2. Should have a software background with experience working with the database.
3. Assist in patch release/upgrade activities and assist in projects implementation.
4. To have direct communication with client’s teams and will liaise closely with internal
teams to reproduce and resolve issues.
5. Participate in cross-functional tasks such as new product development projects, support
readiness teams, and other documentation activities.
6. Resolving elevated customer tickets.
7. Root cause analysis, management communication and client relationship management in
partnership with support team members.
8. Ensures all production changes are made in accordance with life-cycle methodology and
risk guidelines.

Qualifications
1. Education level - Bachelor’s Degree
2. Experience - 1-2 years experience in IT-BPO and healthcare domain.
3. Specific skills - Preferably with IT background.
4. Fluent in English and Malay – verbally & written
5. Flexibility in using different technologies/platforms
6. Communication skills
7. Motivated and enthusiastic to discover and learn new technologies
8. Ability to shift gears quickly and cope with change
