As a Junior Designer, you will have the opportunity to help produce high-quality designs that are focused on accelerating change and building change capability. You will work closely with the Creative Director to learn how to partner with our consultants to boil client challenges down to their essence and deliver thoughtful and meaningful solutions that will move the needle on business performance for our clients and our internal marketing efforts. What You Do

• Partner with Creative Director who will mentor and oversee your client and internal work. You will develop:
  • Power point presentations,
  • Brands/Logos
  • Charts, graphs, icons, and illustrations,
  • Campaigns and concept work for print and digital
• Network and build relationships with colleagues
• Handle multiple tasks, and work under tight deadlines

What You Bring

• BA/BS in Art/Graphic design/Communications or related field
• 3+ years professional Marketing/ Communications/Design experience either in-house or at an agency / studio
• Highly experienced in PowerPoint, Microsoft and Adobe Suite; Video Animation a plus
• Experience in a client service environment, supporting consulting/account teams
• Ability to work independently, problem solve and bring creative thinking as well as creative design expertise to the team
• Experience working in the change management space a plus
• Able to take feedback, with a strong desire to learn
• Strong organizational, project coordination and problem-solving skills
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Comfort expressing a point of view and taking risks
• Entrepreneurial and Innovative spirit
