In-Flight IFA (HUB)
Responsibility
Monitor all available systems (WMS.CMS,TMS,SSR, Red watch,Rokki Our Shop, Santan Express) for decision making
Monitor AIMS Red watch system to check delays during the shift and update to management.
Comply to ISO 22000 std and ensure GMP is in practice at Warehouse & logistic
Ensuring health, safety, cleanliness and security of the workplace
Ensure stock count are done
Ensure Santan Express Meal uplift reports are updated by staff daily during the shift.
Ensure pre book duty free & Merchandise are uplifted during the shift.
Assist operations staff whenever they need help for warehouse and airside operation
Ensure IFC clearance form are used and kept in filling
Ensure Pre Book handover form are used and kept in filling
Monitor,verify total meal received quantity, record receiving temperature and update all the detail into google sheet
Ensure all deliveries of IFC carts to flights/aircraft are carried out in accordance to the Hi-Lift schedule, intact and on-time.
Ensure to adhere with all airport safety regulations and department/company SOP and policy.
Ensure MAB Pass & Airside Driving Permits are valid
Desired Skills & Experience
Minimum of qualification: SPM/Diploma
Possess personal traits: friendly, mature, humble, honest, meticulous self-starter able to perform under pressure in a challenging environment
Proficient in oral and written English and Bahasa Melayu
