Weedman is a highly successful commercial landscape maintenance company. We operate solely in Northern Virginia at three different locations.

Our pay and benefits are tops in the industry. All members of our Landscape Dept. earn between $45,000 and $58,000 per year, dependent on your position and experience. So forget your hourly rate and look at your W2 when making a decision.

Responsibilities Include:

• Prepare installation site

• Operate power equipment (such as tractors, chainsaws, sod cutters and bobcats)

• Install plants, landscape lighting, and hardscape features (including retaining walls, paving stones and ponds)

• Haul and spread topsoil, stone, mulch and other landscape materials

• Operate tools, including rakes, shovels, saws, axes and shears

• Rake leaves and prune shrubs as needed

Ideal Candidates should have:

• A positive reference of work experience in landscaping or related field
• A strong work ethic
• Experience working in physical labor
• Be well organized and detail oriented
• A valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Excellent communication skills
