Ocean Spray is hiring for a Learning & Talent Specialist on our Organizational Effectiveness team in Lakeville, MA! We're an iconic brand and a farmer-owned cooperative. Position location: We're all about flexibility! This will be a hybrid role based out of our corporate headquarters in Lakeville, MA with Mondays & Fridays remote.
What You'll Be Responsible For:
  • Assist in the development and delivery of training programs, including onboarding, manager development, and competency-based training.
  • Act as primary administrator of corporate learning management and content management systems (Workday Learning, LinkedIn Learning, etc.), inclusive of reporting participation rates, managing relevant content, and trouble shooting
  • Support the development and implementation of talent management programs, including performance management
  • Coordinate training activities, including scheduling, logistics, and communication with participants
  • Manage training materials, including the creation and maintenance of online resources.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training content is accurate and up to date.
  • Create communication plans and collaborate with corporate communications team to implement utilizing the appropriate internal channels.
  • Provide administrative support for diversity and inclusion initiatives, including assistance with organizing events and curating educational resources for Employee Resource Groups.
  • Administrate and monitor the mentorship program under oversight of Manager, Talent and Inclusion.
What You'll Need:
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in human resources, learning and development, education, or a related field
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional partners
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience using or administering learning management systems (i.e., Workday Learning, Cornerstone, TalentLMS)
  • Experience with authoring tools (i.e., Camtasia, Articulate, Canva)
  • Training facilitation or teaching experience
  • Comfort with virtual instructor-led delivery platforms (i.e., Zoom, Microsoft Teams)
  • Experience working in an organization with competency-based development
