Regency Multifamily Services, LLC is in search of an energetic, highly motivated individual to fill the position of Leasing Consultant/Assistant Manager at an apartment community in Prattville, Alabama. Qualified individuals will exude a professional appearance with high organization and time management skills.

Duties of the Leasing Consultant and Assistant Manager include but are not limited to:

• Meet and Greet prospective tenants and residents visiting the clubhouse.
• Respond to new prospect inquiries
• Application Processing
• Execute lease paperwork and conduct move in appointments.
• Keep filing up to date and in order with company policy
• Lease renewal reminders and execution
• Manage Community Social Media and Outreach Marketing
• Coordinate Resident Events
• Resident Mail/ Package Organization
• Assist with various tasks in assistance of the Community Manager

Typical hours for this position are Tuesday - Saturday with one Saturday per month swapped with the manager to allow for a weekend off.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $34,500.00 per year

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
