We are seeking a full or part time experienced licensed Massage Therapist who is interested in building and retaining loyal clientele.

Our Aveda salon located in Indian Rocks Beach is growing. We were one of the top 99 Aveda Florida Growth Salons in 2021/2022 and one of the top 4 Aveda Florida Retail Sale Stylist.

Job Requirements:

Current state license;

Professional appearance with an attitude aimed at providing excellent customer service;

Ability and Interest in advertising one on social media and building clientele;

Strong communication skills;

Team player, seeking to increase the success of yourself, the team, and the spa.

Responsibilities:

Passion for the spa services industry;

Provide excellent customer service;

Promote and recommend retail products;

Keep current with Aveda products and educational opportunities;

Follow all company policies and procedures;

Friendly and professional;

Greet customers and make inquiries;

Clean and organize the designated work area/supplies/salon following each client;

Assist team with other salon/spa activities;

Excellent communication.
