Job description
1) Provide service to clients’ changing insurance needs by selling AIA products and services: life, health, and disability insurance
2) Create and maintain good rapport with clients by offering good quality services for repeat business and referrals
3) Conduct in-depth reviews of clients’ financial plan, current provision and future aims and assist customer in choosing the right financial plan
4) Focus on customer-relationship
5) Engage and interact with customer face to face
6) Enhance insurance agency reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
Requirements
· Malaysian & Bumiputera only
· Must possess at least SPM/Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management/Banking or equivalent.
· Required language: Bahasa Malaysia, English, other language is an added advantage.
· At least 1 Years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
· Required Skill: communication, sales and marketing experience, preferably in financial services like insurance, unit trust, housing loan and credit card, banking related field.
· Ex-banker, Accountant, Auditor, Engineer, Unit Trust, Pharmaceutical or other insurance agents are welcome to apply.
· fresh graduate encouraged to apply.
· Willingly to work under training system.
· Positive attitude and willingness to take up challenges.
