RHD Montgomery County Residentials program is open and hiring Full-Time, Part-Time, and On-call. Life Skills Professional in the Norristown/Conshohocken and Bryn Mawr. Life Skills Professional provide supports to individuals who have been diagnosed with a mental illness and are currently residing in our programs. Advisors expect to partner with individuals in working towards goals and providing hands-on assistance as needed.

Position A - FT@40hrs= TUE,THURS 10AM TO 10PM, WED 3PM TO 11PM, FRI 2PM TO 10PM

Position B - FT@40hrs= WED, FRI 3PM TO 11PM, THURS, SAT 11AM TO 11PM

Position C - FT@36hrs= THURS, FRI, SAT 7PM TO 7AM

Position D - FT@32hrs= THURS, FRI, SAT 10AM TO 6PM, SUN 3PM TO 11PM

Position E - On call position (must work 3 shifts per month)

Required Experience

• Experience is preferred
• Training will be provided

Required Education

• High School Diploma/GED.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Drivers License
• Ability to pass to background check

Program Summary

New Options promotes clients' independence and intergrity by providng a supportive community environmnet for elderly individuals who have mental challenges. Clients are encouraged to function as independently as possible via making decisions and choices on activities of daily living and community participation.

New Foundations is comprised of group homes for adults with mental illness. The program is located in the community and provides supervision, training, and guidance in daily living skills. Programming and service delivery is guided by the principles of recovery to assist individuals to achieve life goals. The Young Adult Learning Environment (YALE) provides additional educational, vocational, and social supports to better meet the needs of younger individuals 18 to 22 years old.

Positive Resolutions is dedicated to enriching the lives of mentally ill adults by focusing on reducing the barriers to reaching their fullest potential and establishing supportive partnerships in recovery-oriented settings. Positive Resolutions is designed to support optimal personal, spiritual, and social growth by facilitating activities that focus on kill development, wellness, and independence in residential settings.
