We are looking for an experienced Line Cook to join our kitchen team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing meals according to our recipes and standards, ensuring food safety and quality, and maintaining a clean and organized work area. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cooking, experience in a professional kitchen setting, and the ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Follow recipes and presentation specifications.
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work area.
- Prepare food items in a timely manner.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
- Adhere to all food safety regulations and standards.
- Understand proper portion control.
