The Line Supervisor will be responsible for supervising 5-8 machine operators on our production line. The successful candidate will ensure that our production operations run smoothly and efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise 5-8 production line employees, ensuring they adhere to company policies and safety standards.
• Oversee the operation of manufacturing machines, ensuring they are well-maintained and function properly.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure production goals are met.
• Train new employees on machine operation and safety procedures.
• Monitor production output and quality, identifying and resolving any issues.
• Implement and enforce safety regulations and workplace standards.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Assist in the development and implementation of production schedules.

About:

• 1st shift. Mon-Fri 8-430PM
• St Pete/Pinellas Park area
• Requires proven experience as a Machine Operator Supervisor or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
• Bi-lingual is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 - $27.00 per hour
