Job Description

Roles: -
As Delivery Driver for local area (to be assigned). Responsible to deliver goods / document to customers site as per schedule.

• Routine job includes but not limited to deliver to and / or collect from customers’ site SDI columns, equipment, materials, chemicals, etc.
• Assist customers to hookup / dismantle SDI columns at customers’ site.
• Assist Veolia ad-hoc team to deliver to and / or collect goods from customers’ site as and when required.

Responsibilities: -
To carry out day to day job properly according to Operating Procedure or superior instruction

• To handle all delivery in assigned area
• To plan daily delivery route
• To arrange for delivery based on DO issued by CS Coordinator / Admin.
• To check and confirm all item accordingly to DO or instruction before proceeding for delivery
• To identify and record SDI columns serial number on DO and preplan route before proceeding for delivery
• To unload items from lorry and deliver goods to designated area
• To collect back exhausted columns at customer site
• To monitoring & follow procedure to handle documents
• To ensure the lorry (company vehicle) is kept clean, properly maintained & in good condition. Inform / suggest to HOD / Superior when need to carry special maintenance.
• To ensure the fuel & "Touch & Go" card for the lorry remains filled with minimum amount set by every end of the working day
• To ensure Road Tax, Puspakom Checking and Insurance are in order.
• Assist Veolia ad-hoc team when required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1/2 years working experiences in driving lorry for delivery.
• Basic computer skill
• Able to drive forklift (~3 tons)
• Complete SPM, able to write & read.
• Able to communicate with customer
• Good team player
• Fast respond, escalation & able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Disciplined
• Responsible
