Job Description:- • Key in Purchase invoice, issue Purchase order and Invoice. Ensure documentation is strictly adhered to for effectiveness and efficiency. • Attend to calls, text messages and email from customers and suppliers. • Cross-functional communication and cooperation to ensure data and inventory accuracy. • Follow up claim on shipment/ product damaged, goods discrepancies and etc. • To perform other related duties or ad-hoc duties or ad-hoc assignment as and when assigned. • Perform general administrative such as filing & controlling documents. Requirement :- • Possess at least SPM, professional certificate in warehouse/logistics management or equivalent. Fresh graduates with 1-2 years working experience are encouraged to apply. • Experience in fresh vegetable /fruit industrial or logistics is an added advantage • Possess own transport & willing to work in Senai Airport area. • Experience with SQL systems is an added advantage • Required language(s): Mandarin, Malay, English • Able working under pressure • Work effectively and efficiently in a highly collaborative team environment • Personality : People oriented, interpersonal skills, self-driven, credible and comfortable in dealing with colleagues. Reliable, tolerant, and determined. Good communication skill
