1) Communicated with overseas supplier regarding import shipment,deal about sailing date,shipping document,container movement and any related issue.
2) Deal with forwarding agent about import shipment. Sending to them all the shipping document,monitor custom's document declaration, NOA,EDO until container schedule arival to PCH.
3) Collecting information and completing reports for government requirement.
4) Prepare required documents for renewal government licence of approval license.
5) Communicated with bank officer regarding issuing L/C, B/A, TT or other related bank issue as required.
6) Deal with local outsources lab for arrange and additional test for company.Issuing P/O and received final report.
7) Prepared monthly & yearly LMW report to Custom.
8) Monitor expiry date & handling reneal R/Tax, ins. solve summon and arrange inspection for company's vechile.
9) Prepared document for custom approval for import material/Equipment from oversea.
10) Handle application & cancellation the Petron Flex card for company vechile.
11) Responsiblelity to communicated with local from request quotation, issuing p/O & monitoring goods arrival.
12) Assist about admin Job (comnpany's annual dinner, visitor visit)
