Among their clients are financial institutions, a portfolio of nationally and internationally recognized brands which include MasterCard, Visa and some large well known Corporations.
Job Description
This role will provide administrative support to the Operations Account Manager in managing loyalty program support, ensuring day-to-day operational support of existing accounts. This will include month end billing and reporting cycle on usage and activity reports for Clients.
Job role & responsibilities:

• Manage a set of clients by executing their loyalty and reward programs.
• Handling inbound calls from customers to process orders of entitlement.
• Provide operational administrative support.
• Process stock orders.
• Assist in ensuring accounts are set-up, renewed and administered efficiently.

Candidate profile & experience
The ideal candidate will need at least two years' working experience within an administration role.

• Malaysian female in age group 25-40.
• Tertiary qualification in Business, Marketing or Finance.
• Possess strong operational and administrative experience gained within any sector with preference given to individuals with banking or finance experience.
• High level of numeracy, computer literacy.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to hear what people are saying.
• Proficient in English, BM and advantageous if also Mandarin.
