Job description

As an LPN/LVN, who will assess patient health problems and needs, takes vital signs, administers medication, develops, and implements nursing care plans, and maintains medical records. May advise patients on health maintenance and disease prevention or provide case management.

Requirements:

· Active LPN license

· IV Certified

· 1-2 years’ experience as nurse in inpatient or outpatient clinic setting

· Multi-tasking and organization skills

Working hours: Monday to Friday 8AM-5PM
