Job Description:
Scheduling and overseeing all maintenance-related work for machinery and equipment, facilities, office building.
Review and evaluate maintenance operations.
Ensuring that all maintenance operations are done in accordance with company policy and OSHA guidelines.
Schedule both internal and external work(s) maximizing planned down time and reducing unplanned downtime.
Optimize equipment according to standard procedure, enhancing performance and product quality, ensuring the achievement of all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Maintain & improve machine efficiency levels.
Prepare the annual Maintenance budget and forecasts.
Initiate spare parts management and second sourcing.
Improvise maintenance operations to save on costs and work time.
Implement best practices, standards and procedures in all maintenance functionality.
Guide and organize the writing of Maintenance SOP’s (Standard Operating Procedures), WI’s (Working instructions).

Job Requirement:
Knowledge of steam, pneumatic, electronics, electronics, PLC programming and related control systems, HVAC.
Knowledge of AutoCAD software.
Good in using MS office software, planning tools and ERP systems.
The MM should be able to connect different areas of expertise, must be able to connect and see the consequences of different fields / project / activities and how these can influence each other.
Bsc. / Msc. in Engineering, preferably Electrical/Mechanical/Electronics engineering.
Knowledge sharing is a critical part for the Maintenance Department, therefore an important competency for all people involved in the Maintenance Department.
Preferably the MM has a minimum 10 years working experience from industrial maintenance.
Knowledge on Fuel delivery system, Generator & E-House setup.
Knowledge with Database Centre especially in Generator & E-House / UPS Switch Board.
