Job description

1. To upkeep of the following systems (including company hostels):

• Electrical facilities
• Plumbing works
• Air conditioning systems
• Air compressors
• Fabrication supports
• Building related facilities – lighting, fans, doors, partitions and etc.

2. Responsible for the completion of all maintenance requests or as assigned, in a timely manner.

3. Work within the expenses limit, and maintain equipment and spare parts in good working condition including the company vehicle.

4. Maintain an inventory control of the equipment and spare parts on hand for cost effective maintenance.

5. Coordinate and facilitate special projects such as road shows as directed by Managers or Directors.

6. Assist in monitoring all works being performed by outside contractors.

7. Responsible to alert the Managers of any unusual occurrence and/or damage that have taken place in the outlets.

8. Maintain a professional courteous manner with all customers, vendors, contractors, and fellow employees.

9. Ensure safety standards compliance to legal guidelines.

10. Any other duties assigned by the Management as and when deemed necessary.

Requirements

• Prefer candidate who have GDL license
• Technical Certificate or others relevant certificate is preferred.
• Fresh entry level with at least 1-year relevant work experience
• Have knowledge of repair and maintenance techniques and practices
• Have knowledge of service Air-con
• Have knowledge of basic inventory and record keeping practices
• Willing to travel from branch to branch.
• Able to work on weekends.
