• Ensuring preventive maintenance and operations for facilities equipment as per schedule and implementing relevant measures to minimise facilities downtime to production operations;
• Troubleshooting issues relating to electrical power, electronic part, PLC and other similar matters;
• Leading and resolving all issues arising from electrical / electronic faults ;
• Rectifying E & E faults and breakdowns;
• Providing technical support to the production line;
• Analysing processes and implementing improvements which will increase productivity & enhance quality
• Enhancing & strengthening manufacturing processes to increase efficiencies;
• Ensuring the facilities and site is maintained in accordance with the GMP requirement and Company Standard;
• To ensure all GMP, 5S & Safety Practices that have been implemented by the Company is followed at your workstation, on your machine, by your crew or team at all times;
• To comply with all company policies, procedures and regulations and take all necessary precautions to ensure product safety and quality is never compromised in the course of carrying out all your duties and tasks;
