1. Maximize communications delegations to subordinates and to properly follow up on subordinates to make sure
they understand instructions given and perform as instructed
2. Initiative in making work observations as information in preventing certain defects, hazards or improving work
3. Predictive and Preventive Maintenance schedule implementation and perform machine validation
4. Responsible to ensure all objectives and goals set by management are being implemented and followed.
5. Repair of production equipment from basic pneumatic equipment and performing both electrical and
mechanical work.
6. Line sustaining attend to any line problem and provide permanent solution.
7. Mechanical / Electrical troubleshooting.
8. Participate in any improvement projects.
9. Participates in 5S activities
10. Responsible for introduction and implementation of Quality Measures within their scope of business
responsibility towards customers (internal & external).

ENVIRONMENT, SAFETY & HEALTH RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. To assist in prevention of potential hazards to safety, health & environment that may exist in the work areas.
2. To comply and highlight if there is any violation of safe operating procedures for processes which may have
potential risk/impact to safety, health & environment.
3. To cooperate in accident investigation and comply corrective and preventive measures to prevent recurrence of
