Basic Job Functions:

Ability to transform raw data into useful data systems. Strive for efficiency by aligning data systems with business goals, identify new opportunities, and make vital improvements to enhance global collaboration and global alignment.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Identify new data requirements and areas of improvements in the existing data structure.
• Collaborate with global team to designs data integrations and data quality framework to ensure data integrity and data cleanliness at all times.
• Contributes to MEOS Wiki, and documents work.
• Collaborate with MES team in Standard Logic implementation.
• Develop business intelligence dashboards with inputs from global team to fulfill the requirements of Global Organization and drive for Global Alignment.
• Use business intelligence and programming tools to provide periodic reports, analysis and highlight findings to support strategic decision making.
• Collaborate with Data Science team to align on global solution on data models that feed business intelligence tools, increasing data accessibility and transparency.
• Perform data analysis required to troubleshoot data related issues and assists in the resolution of data issues.
• Responsible to interface with internal associates and supplier representatives as required to complete assigned projects
• Maintain effective communication with production associates and manufacturing engineers
• Develop and provide training to other engineers, engineering technicians, and production associates
• Champion continuous improvement activities using six-sigma and other statistical problem-solving methods
• Provide mentorship and coaching to Junior engineers and Technicians
• Perform data collection relating to daily equipment performance and associated product performance
• Works with minimal supervision
• Adhere to all safety procedures and good housekeeping standards

Experience:

• Knowledge and trouble-shooting experience with robots, material handling systems is a plus.
• At least 3-5 years working experience
• Prior experience working in Multinational Corporations with Tool Matching and Copy Exact methodology has added advantage.

Education:

• Bachelors Degree in a Engineering discipline or Physical Science Field or the equivalent. Preferably: Mechanical, Mechatronics, Manufacturing Engineering, Mathematics, Information Technology or related field or equivalent work experience
• SQL experience, Python experience, SAS programming experience is a plus.

• Business fluency in English and Vietnamese Language, spoken and written
