• Gaining deep knowledge about the products, business model and the market environment.
• In charge of customer relationship management (listing/categorizing/keeping the database updated/regular broadcast )

• Identifying potential customers from different online channels, generating leads.
• Maintain good relationships with existing and new customers.
• Assisting in customer service (monitoring conversations & answering clients )
• Warm calling , messaging & Email to both clients and potential clients.
• Constantly following up/negotiating & close deals.
• Working closely with Accounting and Sales departments to prospect new sales opportunities.
• Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs.
• Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on company products and services.
• Gather feedback from clients.
• Reports to directors in day-to-day operations and tasks & preparing monthly report

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From RM2,300.00 per month
