Job Descriptions 1. Preparing and delivering marketing plans within key objectives 2. Developing and executing short- and long-term multi-channel campaigns to drive leads and the sales pipeline 3. Directly responsible to drive new leads organically. 4. Assisting in content development to target consumers throughout the customer lifecycle and able to produce materials of visual impact and within brand guidelines 5. Involving key stakeholders for the product at each stage of the campaign, and reporting results once completed 6. Generating and executing marketing campaigns across social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Shopee, Lazada, etc 7. Generating reports for digital marketing campaigns using data based analytics tools and also presenting this data in an easy to understand format 8. Liaising with media, printers and publishers as required and managing the production of marketing materials such as leaflets, flyers, posters and newsletters, etc. 9. Liaising with events coordinators to maximise visibility at conferences, receptions and exhibitions, including compiling product and literature lists to display or demonstrate, if any. 10. Attending key conferences to manage the booth, marketing and customer. 11. Monitoring competitor activity and generating leads for products and services. Knowledge and Experience Required: * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in marketing, business or a related discipline. * 1 to 3 years of proven experience working in a marketing role. * Language proficiency: Professional/business level English skills and fluent in speaking the local language like Chinese and Bahasa is a bonus. * Excellent attitude to be flexible at work and the attitude to learn on the job. * Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to coordinate across multiple departments. * Self-starter – you think outside the box to solve issues and address concerns.
