Job description

1. Responsible to ensure product concept, marketing positioning & branding for new products are developed as plan.

2. Responsible to plan and ensure suitable marketing collaterals and activities (communications and tools to all channels and branches) are implemented for existing and new products to increase the performance of the assigned product group; to ensure product objectives and sales targets are met.

3. Product lifecycle management and work together with management on new product development projects on product concept, pricing and packaging and to recommend action for improvement.

4. Plan, conceptualize and implement for new product launching events and oversee upcoming launch events.

5. Develop the education/ training content strategy, taking into account the business and market needs, which includes ensuring the training modules and formats are results-driven, and interactive

6. Oversee the delivery of training tools and execution, which includes the articulation of the brand, product storytelling and product innovation

7. Strategize and ensure the execution of all Healthfood & FMCG Training Modules/ Programmes and its initiatives

8. Being the support role to all the marketing team members on executional plans.

9. To collaborate with internal cross-departmental closely in order to execute process improvement and operational excellence; ie: stocks fulfilment, customers satisfactions & etc.

10. Responsible to manage chat box, receive customers calls, handle complaints from online platforms

11. Provide entry form to production daily upon receiving order online

12. To support on market surveys monthly for marketing team

13. Work on projects or special assignments assigned by HOD & marketing team

14. Check details for all the artworks or any materials given

15. To undertake any other ad hoc duties/task/projects assigned by the Immediate Superior, General Manager and above when required.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
