Building digital online communities content
Sourcing new potential pool of referees who could potentially refer potential SME customers to Kakitangan.com
Developing an active pool of potential referees that would regularly contribute towards new potential customer leads from the SME sector.
Working towards meeting the set targets in new customer wins and revenue contribution from the referral business.
Woking closely with the sales and operation teams to ensure the potential customer leads are followed through and ultimately leading to new customer wins.
Timely reporting and progress updates to the management.
Following through with the finance team on the payments and rewards to successful referees.
Sourcing new partners and executing exciting partnership solutions
Negotiating attractive partnership deals and ensuring mutually beneficial partnership terms that are in line with business objectives and strategy
Maintaining and deepening relationships with existing partners
and any other job as assigned

Job Requirements

You have a diploma/degree/ master in any field with 1-2 years working experience in an SME Account / Payroll / HR
You have 1 year prior experience in a similar role and a strong track record of success in building strategic partnerships or have some nice ideas from past observations and are keen to execute them.
You have experience working with working-level professionals and senior stakeholders to find win-win solutions.
You are highly goal-oriented, assertive and a hands-on, problem-solver.
You possess excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
You demonstrate the ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
