Key Roles:

• Responsible for troubleshooting, repair jobs and motorcycle servicing to meet customer requirements in relations to service and repair SOP.
• To support related field activities and others support/special task.
• Work with customers to understand their concerns and properly diagnose the issue.
• Produce accurate and itemize work estimates for customers who request them.
• Conduct motorcycle inspections and alert customers on the issues.
• Ensure proper care of customer vehicle and belongings.
• Comply with workshop safety standards.
• Other duties assigned by Head of Branch from time to time.

Job & Skills Requirement:

• SPM/SPMV SKM certificate in technology motorcycle or minimum 2 years working experience in automotive field.
• Good knowledge/skill in troubleshooting and motorcycle repair.
• Effective staff and able to work long hours.
• Possess valid driving license ‘B2’ and/or ‘D’ with GDL will be added advantage.
• Customer friendly with good personal appearance.
• Able to work proficiently both independently and in a team environment.
