Job description

Mission:

• Metier Engineer is in charge of deliverables of his/her scope to ensure the success of the project
• His/her scope could include: all or part of the design, integration, validation of blocks / product

Responsibilities

Contributor of:
Perform activities in compliance with Metier Development Plan of his/her PG/PL;
Review Internal requirements, Customer Requirements, Specifications;
In charge of the robust design / validation in line with the economical targets;
Support technical architecture and standards assignments;
Follow Standardization rules;
Support design reviews, internal and with suppliers.

scope could include: all or part of the design, integration, validation of blocks / product

Complying with Métiers processes and Design Rules:
Support Métier design simulations/coding/validation;
Support Métier design calculations including worst case/statistical and support thermal studies;
Support Métiers tests.

Management follow-up
Reports the progress of his tasks;
Escalate risks.

Requirement:
i) Engineering degree
ii) Fresh graduate or 1-2 years of experience

Furthermore, in order to provide a global standard in design, development, quality and service, we will introduce common process and management tools with the alliance partner, Valeo, from now on. In this way, to correspond to the globalization of automotive industry, Ichikoh’s management will step to another field toward new challenges.
