Key Responsibility

The Mechanical Engineer is responsible to lead the site facility management (mechanical) organization in planning, managing, organizing, directing, controlling, evaluating and reporting all resources and works as defined in the facility management service contract.

Job Duties

1. To manage all aspects of contractual requirements for both external & internal clients.

2. To plan, execute and monitor the overall maintenance operations at client's facility.

3. Prepare and monitor key performance indicator. Ensure delivery of services to the client at optimum efficiency as per contract measure thru established key performance indicator.

4. Direct the operations and maintenance staff to coordinate maintenance and repair services on the building's HVAC, plumbing, fire, lift, safety and building management systems.

5. Monitor efficiency & effectiveness of all mechanical and subcontractor services work carried out at the client's facility.

6. Effective interaction with diverse constituencies including immediate client, resident users, government officials and public users on matters relating to operations and maintenance. Advise FM on major operations and maintenance issues affecting the services.

7. Ensure that all work done at facility meet and exceed customer satisfaction as per contract requirement measured thru periodic customer satisfaction survey on service delivery.

8. Ensure all tasks are conducted in compliance with the quality system and adherence with all applicable local, state and federal laws and staying within budgetary limits.

9. Identify & develop staffs' training needs.

10. To collate and prepare necessary reports, papers and proposals.

11. To organize, direct and control adequate resources for a success implementation of the services contract as defined in the scope of works.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering

- At least 3 years of experience as a mechanical engineer or in a similar role.
