• Responsible to support the project on engineering and resources planning
• Responsible for preparation and tracking of master project schedule
• Monitoring and tracking of progress of erection team by comparing planned vs. actual project schedule and ‘S’ curve
• Responsible for preparation of specifications for subcontractors and /or suppliers
• Responsible for preparation and submission of Claims
• Responsible for checking and verification of claims submitted by Subcontractor/Suppliers
• Responsible for preparation and tracking of Cost vs. Budget proposal for the project
• Responsible for updating major project schedule and schedule of specific work
• Responsible for compiling all site reports for submission to Head Quarter, including daily, weekly monthly report and project photograph
