- Coordinator and monitoring for the project team on drawings and other job confirmation
- Bill of material (BOM) and Order Requisition, monitoring status of delivery and inventory
- Job status and QA, delivery & logistics, assist in manpower planning
- Update production and project team on the overall status of job received
- To be involved in daily project planning such as coordinating and expediting workflow & material according to the daily project schedule
