Job description

To carry out IT/MIS support duties for the company MJ Department Stores and performed any other duties as and when directed by the Management: -
1. Responsible in handling IT system administrative account creation or account modification for new joiner or existing staff for MJ Department Stores and MJ Specialty Stores outlet.
2. Responsible in handling support of system issues included Point of Sales System and back office computer system for the area Klang Valley, East Malaysia Miri, Kuching MJ and Specialty stores.
3. Responsible in handling support and verified MJ Department Stores and Specialty store infrastructure included server, network, printer, time attendance system, firewall, WiFi services.
4. Responsible of outlet computer hardware maintenance and repairing.
5. Responsible setup and support of area Klang valley outpost and warehouse sales support (setup, support trading, upload sales, price event, sku/inventory).
6. Troubleshoot MMS issue related to operation (i.e inventory, price event, SKU, sales not captured).
7. Troubleshoot software and hardware issue when required.
8. Responsible to ensure outlet’s system health status in place.
9. Assists IT policies compliance.
10. Responsible IT project implementation.
11. Perform POS server data backup.
12. Full entire system backup (JDA MMS & MJPC)
13. Perform Disaster Recovery Plan.
14. Standby support after trading hour (to confirm sales interface uploaded, troubleshoot eod error).
15. To perform and other duties with in the department as and when assigned by immediate superior.
