Nova Recovery Center LLC has several locations based in Wimberley, Austin and Houston that provide residential, intensive outpatient and support services to our clients/alumni members. Summary/Objective

The purpose of this position is to ensure the daily operations of the nursing department are maintained to promote quality of care to clients through assessment, medication management and direct client care.

Essential Functions

• Conducting patient assessments
• Identifying a patient's care requirements
• Ensuring patient informed consent
• Carrying out the infection control protocol
• Maintaining patient confidentiality
• Maintaining nursing supplies
• Knowledge of 12-Steps
• Maintaining knowledge regarding new drugs and substance abuse
• Assisting patients to become independent and meet their personal goals
• Working alongside an interdisciplinary team to discuss, assess, and resolve patient issues

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00 - $32.00 per hour
