Our Agency is dedicated to hiring people we can trust with our own families. Our CNAs deliver various personal care and services in accordance with an established plan of care and provide for the individual needs and comfort of patients in their homes and necessitate travel to various locations

Requirements: · High School Diploma or GED required· Certified Nurse Aide Certification required through successful completion of an approved program.· One year-full time experience in personal care or an institutional setting, such as a hospital or nursing home, or one-year full-time experience within the last five years in direct client care in a home care agency setting· Attend eight (8) hours of personal care-oriented services per year.· Must have a criminal history check conducted prior to being offered a position with the agency.· Must have CPR and First Aid certifications from a recognized provider.· Must have PPD Test and fingerprint check. Qualifications:

· Ability to work closely supervised to ensure competence in providing client care.· Evidence of sympathetic attitude toward elderly care clients and children with long-term care needs.· Demonstrated ability to read, write and carry out directions.· Evidence of maturity and ability to deal effectively with job demands.· Must have good verbal and written communication skills.· Must be professional, dependable, passionate about caregiving, and want to help others.
Responsibilities include:

• The ability to be friendly, tactful, and professional with personnel, the general public, clients, and their family members.
• Performing a variety of clerical, administrative, and other assigned duties.
• Complete special projects and assignments.
• Working with and coordinating with other personnel in order to ensure a professional and efficient flow of operations.

Must be able to work independently and with a team.

This position will require a percentage of time working from home, traveling to our office, and other destinations depending on the assignment.
