TASKS

  • Perform hardware and software installations
  • Troubleshoot hardware, operating systems and computer applications
  • Provide technical support to colleagues on basic network problems (server, network connectivity issues, email, etc.)
  • Assist on procurement of stationeries, IT inventories and equipment for office usage
  • Strategize and schedule social media posts
  • Increase brand awareness by creating heavy online presence on social media platforms
  • Welcoming visitors and directing them to the relevant office / personnel
  • Carrying out clerical duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails and preparing documents
  • Maintaining general office files, including job files, vendor files and other files related to the company’s operations
  • Overseeing the maintenance of office facilities and equipment
  • Performing other relevant duties when needed

REQUIREMENTS (COMPULSORY)

  • Constantly in pursuit of knowledge and acquiring skills by actively participating in courses, training or any other learning activities
  • Sound knowledge of IT
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Possesses a Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree / Certifications in Information Technology
  • Ability to design using Photoshop / Illustrator / InDesign is an added advantage

SALARY PACKAGE & BENEFITS

  • RM2,000 – RM2,500 per month
