• Manage office operations including scheduling, appointment-setting, budgeting, and data entry.
• Maintain a clean and professional office environment.
• Provide administrative support to attorneys and staff including answering phones, filing, and preparing documents.
• Input customer information into the database for tracking purposes.
• manage all customer inquiries effectively, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution of problems.
• HR Generalist duties.

** This role will require you to be in the office full-time.

• Bachelor's degree or higher in business administration, legal studies, or a related field
• Ability to manage all aspects of a law office, such as scheduling, filing, operating systems, workflows, and billing
• Strong interpersonal communication skills; both verbal and written
• 1-3 years of management experience in a legal setting
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, such as Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Familiarity with legal software
• Ability to collaborate effectively with other departments and teams
• US Work Authorization
