Job description
- To check the physical agreement/ security files against listing in excel from Iron mountain
- Email to Iron Mountain if security document not tally with the listing excel.
- Preparing LHDN template (to insert date of Agreement, Hirer’s name, NRIC, Address, Contact No. & Email)
- Login STAMPS -LHDN website and uploading file in LHDN website
- Upon uploading, to check status on “Error / OK”. Thereafter, to print LHDN Certificate
- If error during printing Certificate, email to LHDN to check status and generate the Certificates.
- Scanning the LHDN certificate and save in shared folder.
- Sorting and attach LHDN Certificate with Hire Purchase Agreement and Guarantee.
- Updating batch stamping date at Compliance Document for Stamping (iCIMB) at eTP system
- Pack the security document into boxes and forward to Iron Mountain for scanning and safekeeping.
- Preparing daily / monthly / ad-hoc report
- Attending correspondences / calls / emails from SBU and others relevant parties
- Arranging with IM for collection of boxes / documents
- Arranging with IM for sending out documents to vendor / others
- Any other responsibilities / tasks as assigned by the management from time to time.
- Ensure individual KPI is met
- Ensure all task are recorded
- Ensure errors are within KPI
- Ensure all instruction received been attended accordingly within tat or immediately depend on case nature.
- Ensure all process are in compliane with bank policy, guidelines and interest of bank duly protected.
