Description
We are looking for a highly independent and fast-paced individual to support the day-to-day operations across our various e-commerce and marketplace platforms (Shopee/Lazada/Amazon/TikTok/Shopify).
Reporting to the Head of Marketing and mentored by senior members of the team, the day-to-day responsibilities may include:
- Products: Managing of product listings and optimizing existing product listings according to platform requirements
- Stock: Ensure stock availability and across all online distribution platforms
- Pricing: Monitor competitor pricing and pricing accuracy/relevance across platforms
- Campaigns: Coordinate e-commerce campaigns, tracking progress and ensure all deliverables are on schedule
- Reports: Prepare platform sales performance reports
- UI/UX: Propose improvement initiatives on UI/UX design aspect for website and marketplaces
**Training, onboarding and mentoring will be provided
Requirements
- Detail-oriented and fast learner
- Ability to multi-task and work with tight deadlines
- Strong communication & project management skills
- Fluent in English and Mandarin (written and spoken)
- Proficiency in Microsoft excel and reporting tools are a plus
