ONLINE SALES CHANNEL ADMINISTRATOR
Job Descriptions:
- Managing Online Stores:
o Monitoring day-to-day sales
o Ensuring sufficient stock available especially for fast moving or low-
running items.
o Monitoring and troubleshooting order fulfilment and shipping matters.
o Executing promotion offered by Online Stores
o Analyse purchasing patterns and customer traffic
o Maintaining and updating the pelangibooks.id webpages.
- Marketing Support:
o Conceptualise and create promotion items such as e-banners and
social media postings
o Managing live online sales
- Administration:
o Generating and preparing data for reports and analysis
o Monitoring inventory list
- Online marketing support
- General administrative duties (reporting and data analysis)
- Creating social media contents and e-marcoms
- Logistics coordinating & monitoring
Job Requirements:
- Minimum a Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management,
equivalent.
- Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia & English
- Ability to speak Mandarin is an added advantage;
- Minimum 2 year(s) of working experience in marketing or education field
- Applicants must be willing to work in Bandar Baru Bangi.
