1. Provide required support to the clinicians practicing in the Outpatient Clinic;
2. Coordinate the patient flow in the Outpatient Clinic;
3. Room patients and prepare them appropriately for their visit;
4. Gather vitals and other necessary information;
5. Respond in a timely manner to emergency calls from the IL community;
6. Document accurately and timely in the PEER system;
7. Manage lab service, radiology service, and other ancillary services supporting the patients’ care; including the practice of phlebotomy.
8. Give and receive daily report to appropriate Broadmead and Friends Circle interdisciplinary team members;
9. Support ancillary services i.e., consultants, specialists, home health, private duty, etc.;
10. Support the medication refill process.
11. Maintain clean, safe and orderly clinic environment by keeping the area clean and disposing of soiled, contaminated items.
12. Report malfunctioning, broken, or hazardous equipment or conditions to Supervisor, and facilitate the repair/replacement;
13. Observe policies and procedures as demonstrated through performance of procedure and tasks;
14. Complete required documentation in an accurate and timely manner in the Epic EMR system;
15. Support publicly and privately, the interdisciplinary team approach to Broadmead’s continuum of care, exhibiting consistent respect, communication, cooperation, and teamwork with interdisciplinary colleagues of Broadmead and Friends Circle;
16. Act in compliance with Broadmead’s regulatory and professional standards and guidelines;
17. Assess continuing education opportunities appropriate to discipline and responsibilities in order to maintain clinical competency;
18. Adhere to Broadmead’s policies and procedures and participate in the quality improvement and safety programs.
19. Performs other duties as assigned
20. Accountable for promoting internal customer service.
